The service including two kinds of service: service before sale and service after sale.Service before sales means the relevant service to realize the perfect match between GREENCELL and the products of customer.
Service after sale and in sale means the service is provided to meet the special requirements the customer asked.

Service before sale:
 To investigate and forecast the request of customers.
 To ensure to know the request of customers through sufficient communication with customers.
To provide the detailed data and samples as well as the specifications to customers.  
 To provide others service such as packing design ,testing which is entrusted by customer? battery technology testing ?technique intercourse ?battery knowledge training and so on.
 
>Service in sale and after sale:
 To solve the complain problem of customers, within 8 hours we will report for response to deal with the complain problem and in 24 hours we will provide the   complain of customer.
 To answer the relevant questions asked by customers.
 To provide relevant technical report for customers after testing entrusted by customers.
 To provide technical data, instrument data and others.
 To provide battery feature and usage training.
 To investigate the extent of customer satisfaction each quarter.
 To evaluate and confirm the request of customer.
